Ok!. Flu is actually enfluenza and is a virus and it typically takes about a week to run it's course but there is nothing they can give you for it after the first 24 hours!. It affects the respiratory system lots of mucus, aches, and pain, high fever, etc!.

A cold is usually is not accompanied with high fever but a mild fever and is not as severe!. Not much you can do about it either after the first 24!. There are many cold strains and they change which is why they can't find a cure!. So, it's a virus as well!.

Pnumonia, I believe, is a bacterial infection that causes the lungs to fill with fluid!. It can actually land you in the hospital!. Thankfully there are antibiotics they can give you!. It is different because the underlying cause is a bacterial infection!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
