Make sure that when you wash your face you get your hairline and that when you wash your hair you scrub hard!.!.!.It may be a pimple due to when you worked out or did something and sweat and then got a zit!. but DO NOT PICK IT, because it will hurt worse and bleed!. It means that your scalp is probably a bit oily!. Try using a clarifying shampoo!. New zits that haven't actually come through the skin yet tend to hurt!. Just don't pick at it and let it run its course!. And It's not a tumor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
