think of it this way pepole have worst skin, that helps me i know it sounds mean but it helps!.
You need to drink more water, and invest in a skin care regime!. Make sure it goes withyour skin type (sensitive, dry , oily) you know what i mean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Invest in an acne regime - try a face wash, toner and spot treat the area's especially before bed!.
Buy some tinted moisturizer or mineral powder foundation to cover the flaws!.
If you drink more water, change your pillow case mid week!.
And do the 'regime' twice a day without fail I bet your acne clears up in a week to ten days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
