Question: What would happen to someone if they didn't treat there pink eye!?

Pink eye takes about 5-7 days to go away without treatment!.

If other people get infected, they get infected!. Once you get rid of it, you cannot catch the exact same virus/bacteria!. For example, if you have the flu and you brush your teeth, when you get better, you use the toothbrush, but you don't get the flu!. It's like tag with "no touch-backs"!.

i never treat my pink eye because of lack of health insurance and i wear contacts all the time!. I just take my contacts out and wait a week or 2 and stay home till it goes away usually within a week!. Nothing really harshWww@Answer-Health@Com
