Answers:
I know this is going to sound ridiculously simple, but you need to drink more water! Also, while your smackers are on the road to recovery, dab some coconut oil or almond oil on your lips!. They will have a nice shine, and if you ingest the oil, you won't get a body full of chemicals!

I have one spot on my lip that would always get chapped!. I picked at it to no end!. Finally, I told myself that enough was enough and I began taking in more water!. Then, at night I would apply the all-natural oils to my lips!.

Most of all, DO NOT PICK, BITE, or LICK at the skin on your lips!. That is what I had the hardest time with because I can be pretty obsessive! For the picking just busy your hands by playing with a rubber band or your cell phone!.

In order to avoid excessively biting or licking your lips, you can put a yucky (but harmless) liquid on them designed for nail biting!. I forgot what it's called, but if you put it on the "lipliner" part of your lips, you will probably not want to lick your lips ever again!LOL It's disgusting (I used it when I was a kid to stop nailbiting, and I don't bite my nails anymore!)

I'm telling you!.!.!. it will work!

Good luck with your kisser:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah buy a chapstick, a good one, i like lypsol with the peppermint and keep it on!. dont let your lips sunburn, make sure you use something with spf, dont lick them, and drink lots of water ( 8 glasses a day)Www@Answer-Health@Com

its normal to have it once in a while, however you can either wet your lips constantly using your tongue, or by applying lip gloss and find that suits your conditionWww@Answer-Health@Com
