Question: Sinus problems and clogged ears-HELP I'm loosing my mind!!?
My sinuses hurt but my nose is not runny!. I'm tried all the time and my ears are totally clogged!. I took antibiotics which stopped the dizziness!. Do I have allergies!? I've never had them before-help!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The ony things that really helped me was when my Dr!. told me about a sinus wash that will kill bacteria!.
you need
distilled water
sea salt
liquid chlorophyll and colloidal silver from the health food store!.
in a glass mix 1/4 cup water with a pinch of salt and heat to body temperature!.
add 5 drops each silver and chlorophyll and mix!.
using a large dropper (like one used for infant medication) drop 2 full droppersfull into one side of the nose while laying down!.
Turn the head and let it drain out the other nostril!. Be sure to have paper towels handy!.
The silver kills the bacteria and there are several hundred kind that can live in the sinus cavities and anti biotics don't get rid of them all!.
Do this twice a day for a week, mixing up the mixture fresh each time!.
Then do it once a week for maintenance!.
There is nothing in this that will hurt you, and it cured me!.
I do not have to take claritin, or antibiotics anymore!.

Since you took antibiotics, I am assuming you went to the doctor, what did he/she say!? I live in the Midwest and lately it seems like I keep hearing family and friends talk about ear problems, my sister, my husband, co workers - so I think there is definitely some sort of New VIRUS lerking, but I also think allergies play a part!. This time of year people will say "i'm getting a cold" I don't think people JUST get colds out of the blue - so again I think it's all allergy related and your nose does not have to run to have allergies!. For sore sinuses, use heat - the shower, a blowdryer, hot compresses - apply heat (but be careful not to burn yourself) to the sore areas!. Try Tylenol Sinus if you are okay taking tylenol!. Use nose spray, not medicated, just saline or salt water in your nose - spray as often as you can!. Ask your doctor about flonase, nasonex, or similar steroid nose sprays to use daily - I use nasonex and it has helped me immensely!. If the face pain persists, you may need to get an rx for a Zpak from your doctor!. I hope these tips help!. I had sinus headaches and face pain almost everyday for 10 years, then I had sinus surgery and LEARNED how to better take care of myself, ie th nose spray, the nasonex, the heat on sinuses for bad days!.
