Question: I am really upset!?
i cant help but think that im infertile!. my blood results are coming back on tuesday for pcos, thyroid and possibly hormone imbalance!. but i had chlamydia when i was alot younger for 4months and i thought that i would lessen my chance of concieving but i read someones story on here that it made her completely sterile after 6months!.
it makes my heart drop i contracted that when i lost my virginity and was young and foolish and naiive when my boyfriend at the time talked me into having unprotected sex!.
i was born to be a mum and my hope and faith is fading!.

No No NO, you are not infertile from having chlamydia for 4 months!!! I have a friend who had Chlamydia for 2 YEARS and concieved totally naturally! What you are reading are extreme scare tactic stories!!! You have to remember!.!.!.!.!.!.you are only able to concieve about 3 days out of the entire month! It's all about the correct timing!.!.!.!.!.!.My friend who lost her virginity to her husband and never had anything took almost 2 years to get pregnant, because you must time it just right (I guess if you just have sex every day that lowers your chances also, don't know why)!. Most people who have caught chlamydia(which is the most prevelant STD) have it for at least a few months before finding our since it rarely has symptoms!. I do believe however, that your immune system has a great deal to do with your fertility!. Keeping yourself healthy, and BELIEVING that you can become pregnant are the most important aspects of actually becoming pregnant!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Release the fear in your mind that is holding you back, and you will become pregnant in no time!.
PLUS: symptoms from chlamydia would be endometriosis and PID, if you've never had these then I wouldn't worry about it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

have a fertility test done!. i am sorry to hear about what happened to you!. good thing you realized you needed to get checked at some point!. clamydia does cause sterility!. i hope that this all works out for you!. if you are sterile, remember, there are so many things that they can do these days, i understand the expense and the worry of insurance to cover such procedures, but dont give up!. if your meant to be a mum, maybe god will see that you are!. in the meantime, take care of you!. be patient and just hope for the very best!. good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Oh Isobelle, don't give up yet! Please!. Chlamydia does affect fertility but not in 100% of cases, I would have loved to talk to you a bit more, but I don't know how to contact you!. Pray!. Try not to assume that you are infertile until you get definite results!. Worrying about it in the meantime will just make you depressed!. In the meantime, you can go see a fertility specialist to help you find out what is going on with your body!. With the medical technology they have today, I am sure they can find some way for you to have your own child!. If not, maybe that is God's way of telling you that there is a special child in need of your love somewhere that needs to be adopted!.
