Question: Can you constant pain in back with having one kidney!?
over the last twelve months i have had pain in right side of back have recently had test done and it was discovered that i have now only one kidney!.been to see my gp on severalocassions it has been put down to stress!. which i would say it is not!. i have to say it is wearing me out feel tired all the timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

er, what do you mean you had a test done that showed you "have now only one kidney!." you mean one stopped working!? er, of course you will have kidney pain if its not working! and of course you are tired! saying that, it is possible to live with one kidney!. does your GP know about these tests!? if so, he still thinks its *stress*!?
go tell him you have a failing kidney (if that is in fact what you described and i understood correctly) and you demand to see a kidney specialist, if he refuses, make an appointment with a specialist yourself (the nhs will pick up the bill) and go see what he says!. (er this is if you are in uk!)
please please tell me your GP did not know about your test results of a failed kidney when he said it was stress, please!Www@Answer-Health@Com
