I think so!.!.!. esp!. if your nose gets cut off!. Well, I'm not kidding!.!.!. some people have their nose cut due to cancer or some severe infection in the facial area, so yes, you can lose your sense of smell permanently in those cases!. But, I'm not sure if there are people being born without the sense of smell!.!.!. I think it's possible, considering there are much worse congenital diseases!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
