How to get rid of spots?!
Question: How to get rid of spots!?
I am having really bad problems with my skin!.!. I wash my face regularily and i drink lots of water!.!. I have tried Various cleansers etc!.!. none of which help!.!. I do not have acne it is just bad on my forehead!. Any suggestions of medication!? Please Help!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Definitly go to the doctors and tell them it's getting you down!
I did and they prescribed me with antibiotics called oxyteracyclin and a cream called duac!! It's brilliant! My skins never felt so clear!

get some "clearasil" or "clean & clear"
dont drink too much milk because that can give you serious acne problems!.
drink more water!. Dont keep washing your face over and over againto try to get rid of them, It will make them worse because your getting rid of the bit on your skin that helps fight away spots!.
concealer can hide your spots for the time being!. People say that wearing make up can increase the amount of spots you get but its not true!.
If none of this works i would suggest going to see your doctor to get some special kind of cream or cleanser!.

You could try a product called Freederm!. It is about ten quid, from any pharmacy, but the tube lasts ages and you don't need to put a lot on!. I have had my tube for around a year and there is still loads in it!. It really does get rid of the spots and take that angry red soreness away, it clears up little spots in no time!. Hmm id say the main reason u get spots on ur forehead is because of oily skin in that area which is common!. Try a face wash specially designed for oily skin!. I find witch sticks really gd!.!. which u dab on problem areas before u sleep and it dries them out so they heal quicker!. Theyre made by Witch, sorta small and blue packaging!. This should help but if it really bothers u, u could ask for advice at a pharmacy!. Dont worry too much, every1 gets them and theres always some1 worse off!. Gd luck! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would forget chemical based cleansers and try something natural!.
