Eczema on hands?!

my daughter is 5 years old and she has the worst eczema on her hands!. and I cant get her into the dermatologist in our area until June!. what is the best things to help her until then!. they are so chapped they are almost callused on the tops of her hands!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
