I suppose you mean extranodal NK cell lymphoma!. Its other name is angiocentric lymphoma!. So you can search for that also!.
If the site is localised then the choice of therapy will be chemotherapy with radiotherapy, with some doctors advising a long term maintaince therapy!.
In case it is disseminated then the choice will be chemotherapy!.
Mainly, in disseminated variant the success rate is poorer!.
