I imagine you mean anyone with blood sgar disorder like diabetes or hypoglycemia!.!.!. If so, since those disorders are not contagious, and cannot be transmitted, it is not counter-indacated!. They can give blood unless their doctor forbids it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
