Yes because that would be unfiltered smoke!. This is why second hand smoke is actually more harmful than the person smoking!. When you smoke through the cigarette into your mouth - its filtered!. Obviously it doesn't take out all the bad stuff because the bad stuff is in the smoke, but at least its filtered a little bit!. When you breathe it in your nose its not filtered!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
