Question: Anxiety and itchy sweaty palms!?
I have anxiety disorder and have moments of feeling on edge/nervous!. When this happens my palms and feet become clammy/sweaty and itchy,sometimes i itch on other parts but it is mainly my hands and feet!. My mouth ges dry that makes it feel prickly!. My doctor doesnt seem worried so i went for 2 more second opinions and they say it is related as it can have many symptoms!.

yes i do!. nobody seems to really care but it is because i get nervous!. It is kind of embarrassing though cuz when people touch your hands and their all sweaty they get like grossed out and its not even my fault !.
