Question: Is it true that they don't sell pumps like the Omnipod anymore!?

Where did you hear that!? Pump technology is growing and expanding constantly now that Type 2's are using them, too!. I have the latest Minimed that just launched last year, and they now have the Continuous Glucose Monitoring System that you can get to go with it!. And I think the Omnipod just launched recently and is getting lots of buzz as a basic starter pump!. There are a couple of technologies that were discontinued last year, the Glucowatch sensor and inhalable insulin, both had problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I do not know where you got your information, but it is false!. There are many different pumps on the market sold for insulin pumping!. I have been using one from Animas for about 7 years now!. The technology of pumps is getting better all the time!. Among the companies I can think of for insulin pumps are Minimed, Animas, and Omnipod!. There are others, but I cannot remember their names right off!. Maybe doing a web search for them will bring up a list of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
