Picking off the blackheads???!
Question: Picking off the blackheads!?!?!?
i was just wandering if its bad to pick off the blackheads!. coz when my friend and i went to the spa, the woman picked off her blackheads!. is it bad or not!? if its bad why the spa's still offers a service like this!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is whiteheads that you shouldn't be touching!.popping them may cause your pimple to bleed and leave a long term scar!.
blackheads on the other hand are fine to remove as long as you do not force it and your hands and face are clean!.the best way to remove blackheads is by first opening your pores to make it easier!.you do this by steaming your face (boil some water and hold your face over the steam for about 3-5 minutes) then gently remove the blackheads!.if they don't come off too easily then you should leave them because you might leave a red mark!.after you're done wash your face with cold water to close your pores so that no bacteria gets in!.
some companies such as clean and clear have created face washes that are first warm when u apply it then turn cool!.these are supposed to do the trick a lot faster but i haven't tried it so i don't know!.
