Question: Whats the best solution for cracked heels!?
i have tried all the creams etc that are on the market, and have tried pumice stone and files etc etc!.

try plain old Vaseline,slather it on and put on a pair of cotton socks while you sleep ,it does wonders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Usually the problem is a fungal infection, especially if it itches!. Tolnaftate sprays are effective at treating that and should allow the area to heal!.
In extreme cases, you might need to soak the foot in a bleach solution!. One tablespoon bleach to 1 gallon of water (NO MORE CONCENTRATED THAN THAT)!. Then soak it for a bit to kill everything on your skin!. That might irritate it though but when nothing else works, that will!. Don't do that if its bleeding or you have an open sore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I got this remedy from my mother in law who is a nurse: use a product called "Bag Balm"!. She used it on hers and it works great!. Unfortunately, it can't usually be found over the counter at Wal-Mart and the likes; it can only be found at animal stores, usually stores dealing with horses!. Talk to a couple of pharmacists, and they'll agree!. Sounds crazy, but it works!. Put it on and put some socks on your feet so it won't get all over the place and you'll be healed in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
