Remedies for dry elbows?!
Question: Remedies for dry elbows!?
my elbows are really dry and rough, does anyone know how to make them smooth again without spending too much money on creams etc!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

baby oil *gel* is amazing!. Reg baby oil is cheaper but the gel works better in my opinion!. Also!.!.!.exfoliate with a cheap louffa sponge or bristle brush (u can get all of these at a dollar store)
exfoilate, baby oil!.!.and if u reallly want it to work fast, u could b extreme and wrap ur arms (elbow area) in some seran wrap after oiling up lol and sleepin on it!. exfoliate and oil up daily

Use a loofah in the shower!. And I use this lotion call U-balm I suggest the blue!. It is about 45$ for a large jar!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
