Absolutely!. It is not necessarily direct sunlight, but more aptly it is the UV rays, which exist in all light!. In winter, the UV rays reflect off snow and other white or light surfaces and the effects are magnified!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Certainly!. Apply a lotion every day with an SPF (sun protection factor) of at least 10 !. I prefer SPF30 to put on my face and neck every morning 30 minutes before going out into the sun even in winter!. Wear everyday to minimize premature aging later!.
