I had asthma when I was a kid and haven't had any problems with it since I was 17 or 18, I am now 30 so not sure why it flared up but I am wondering what I can do to make it stop!. I hate taking all these pills and having the inhaler!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
First and foremost, follow your doctors prescribed treatment regimen!. Asthma attacks can be fatal! Then, research herbal treatments!. Turmeric, that orange yellow spice used in Indian foods, is believed to have anti-inflammatory properties on the bronchi!. Buy honey produced locally!. Many believe this will help reduce reaction to allergens, a common trigger for asthma attacks!. Increase your fitness!. Yoga is a good exercise that also teaches breathing techniques, some specifically for lung issues!. Make sure you consult your doctor and let any fitness instructors or yogi know about your condition before participating in exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
