Question: Are 3 lumps in the neck that are hard and non painful a bad sign!?
I have had a lump in my neck on my lower right side for 4 months and is almost the size of a grape it doesn't hurt and is hard and now I have 2 more one that is on the back of my neck and one that is on my left side but those are pretty small but I don't know if they will get bigger!. I don't have insurance so I can't go to the doctor!. I also have psoriasis on my scalp but I have had psoriasis since I was 10 years old!. I am 21 now!. I have been extremely dizzy for 3 days now and don't know if it has anything to do with the lumps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You NEED to see a doctor!. I would suggest going to a free clinic!. It is possible that the lumps are just lymph nodes that have reacted to problems with your scalp (psoriasis) but it is concerning if it is the size of a grape and that it has been there for so long!. There is a possibility that the lumps could be cancer (lymphoma) which can present in the neck with swollen lymph nodes that persist and are painless!.
