It's becoming bulimia, basically it kinda is already!. Try eating healthy and exercising instead of throwing up food!. That will get you to a healthy weight and keep you there!. Likely when you stop throwing up you might gain back a bit of your weight, depending on whether you eat normally afterwards!. And throwing up after eating can really damage your esophagus and create potassium and other mineral imbalances that could end up killing you -- especially if you make this a habit!.

So, please, just eat healthy -- as in nonprocessed foods whenever you can, fruits, veggies, nuts, whole-grain breads, that kind of thing!. Even just try adding one veggie or healthy thing to each meal for starters!. And exercise -- that will take down your weight in the long run and keep you fit -- allowing you to do physical things you couldn't do before!. Just make sure you stretch too, that'll keep you flexible!.

Good luck! <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're using the same argument that alcoholics and drug addicts use !.!.!. that they don't need to do it!. They can stop anytime they feel like it!.

You're treading on very thin ice, dear lady!. You should consider seeing your doctor and ask to be referred to an eating disorders clinic!.

I wish you the very best of luck in dealing with your demons, though I'm sorry that you feel the need to do this in the first place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its slowly getting there!.!.!.!.

Stop it is a horrible and terrifying expericence coming back from an eating disorder!. If you dont stop now, you may never turn around!. My advice: stop right awayWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it can be bulimia!. Unfortunately bulimia is like any other addiction!. People think because they only do it once in awhile or only on week ends or some other scale of measure they decide is OK, that they don't have a problem!. Please take the time to look up help on line or in you school!. You didn't say how old you are but it it a moot point!. Bulimia is like any other addiction please stop!. The damage you can do to your teeth and throat as well as other organs is painful and deeply damaging to your health!. I know how tough the battle of weight control can be but really, a healthy diet and plenty of exercise are the key to optimum health and weight control!. Best wishes!. Yes, it's still bulimia, dear, and it's still unhealthy!. Snorting cocaine just now and then doesn't necessarily make you an addict, but it can still kill you!.

Don't kid yourself that you are in control of this - you may have more restraint than some extreme bulimics, but you're still engaging in unhealthy habits to obtain a specific body image - that makes you a bulimic too!. Admitting the problem is the first step to treating it!.

There are healthlier ways to manage your weight, and you may not be as overweight as you think!. It's called "body dysmorphia" - you have an unrealistic idea of what your body looks like!. Where you see fat, I may see healthy muscle and tissue; what you see as ideally skinny, I may see as dangerously skeletal!. You need to talk with your doctor, and perferably a specialist, about developing a healthier and more realistic concept of weight and your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
