My dad had stones and my uncle is a doctor in Italy he told my dad to drink peligrino bubbled water or periere whatever same thing make sure its sparkeling water which is like soda!. He pased his stones within 2 weeks of doing that so try that first before unnessary surgery!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are other options but honestly they don't "cure" anything or make the stones go away or get better!. Those other options are basically about "managing" the pain and your symptoms and trying to prevent attacks!.

Honestly, just bite the bullet and get the gallbladder out if you have gallbladder disease causing stones!. If you don't have your gallbladder out and continue to have attacks, your attacks will become more frequent, last longer and be harder to treat the more of them you have!. This was told to me from the ER doctor when I went in with a gallbladder attack in March!. Also it will start to affect stomach acid and can cause scar tissue to form on your gallbladder (I had this happen big time)!.

And if you have ever had a decent attack - honestly would you EVER want that to happen again!?

The surgery honestly is pretty easy squeezy and under an hour from knockout time to recovery room and you are left with 4 small incisions!. Heck, they don't even put stitches on the outside (all the stitches are done on the inside)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know of any other treatments for gallstones other than surgery!. I had laproscopic surgery last year for gallstones and it wasn't bad at all!. I had the surgery on a Wednesday and went back to work the following Monday (I have a desk job)!. Delaying your surgery may lead to a blocked duct which may result in more invasive surgery than the laproscopic procedure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know they DO have a treatment where they can use ultrasonic waves to try to break up the stones, but if surgery has been reccomended, then that's probably the way to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
