Tylenol is not good for the Liver in large doses!. The problem with tylenol is the galbladder can't break it down before going to the liver!. Our galbladder is our screen before it goes to the liver!.sort of speak!.!.!.!.!.With any meds you should eat as well as drink alot of water and you should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
All OTC painkillers are implicated in elevated liver enzymes!.
That includes ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) and naprosin (Alleve)!. My liver guy lets me take Tylenol, but maybe it depends on the exact nature of your problem!.
It's perfectly appropriate to call your doctor and ask what he suggest you take for body aches, a headache, or a fever, if he doesn't want you to have Tylenol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I purposely avoid Tylenol for that very reason!. I have always used ibuprofen (same as Advil)!. Just make sure you take it with a meal or it might upset your stomach a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
