Yes I am afraid there is!. There is a very nasty condition called a recto-vesicular fistula!. It can occur in tumours, or following radiotherapy, or occasionally after surgery or trauma!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Sometimes you can have a problem where there is a hole in the internal linings of your bowel and vagina which would cause this!. It is very rare though, and you would be very ill!. I have seen this only once when I was nursing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's called a period! Truly this can happen sixty or not you can have a period that is like that more so as you get older!. You must be feeling pretty lousy dear!. Why not go and see your GP!.
I hope you condition proves to be nothing more than an infection!. Perhaps the diarrhoea is so fierce you think it's coming from the same place as your pee or it could well be the end of your menopause and it could also be the lining of your womb!.
