No!. The pancreas is not connected to the colon!. it is connected to the duodenum (part of the small intestine) through a tiny conduct that delivers the pancreatic enzymes to the intestine!. The pancreas also is attached to the posterior wall of the abdomen!. So, no it is not possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
