Question: Can my blood sugar be normal during a blood test!?
I just got my resolts in today and my blood sugar is normal but i have all the symptoms of diabedes and some are triggered by eating sugar!. The doc said that i might have brain problems but i am beyond mature all A- 12 year old girl!. I really need some help because i can't live another day with all of these side affects of diabedes and not have anything it doesn't make sence!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can confirm whether you are diabetic or not by the test OGTT!. Its gives a better result than fasting or randon blood glucose tests!.
Any way if your results are normal nothing to worry as tension will elevate the blood glucose levels and will have the impact on the test results!.

Yes try too stay away from all the sugar you can,exercises regually everyday at least 1hr!.Do your best try keep CORN SYPES out of your over all diet for it will pack on pounds and hurt your over all health in the long run,And count your blessings the doctor test came back good,That mean you have a chance to turn it around before you get diabetes, Once you have it its too late, even thow even after you have it theres things you can do too make yourself better but your always have too live with it!.Take care !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

dont take food that causes a problem
