Sneezing aids....?!

Question: Sneezing aids!.!.!.!.!?

sometimes when i feel a sneeze and it goes away i stick this thing i call,snoozing till up my nose,(sneezing tool) not a right name i know but can u elaberate
is it bad and/or wrong for my nasael health hehe!?
