Yes, that happens a lot in fights and boxing - it damages the kidney and it causes bleeding into the blood!.
By the way if you are ever in a situation you need to get out of, hit or knee them in the kidneys as hard as you possilby can - it doesn't take much pressure and a girl can hurt them badly enough to stun them for a second - it might give you the second you need to run!.!.!.!.
