Answers:
I have had a similar problem!. It is called Labyrinthitis, and its when there is too much liquid in your ear so that when you move around a lot then you stop, the liquid is still however moving causing a balance disorder making your dizzy!.

Not moving will help your body regain equilibrium, and forcing yourself to focus on something still can counteract other symptoms of dizziness like blurred vision and nausea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know the long medically correct answer, but!.!. Shortly, the ear is what controls your balance!. Having that fluid in your ear interfers with that, like the 'sensors' are malfunctioning because of that fluid that shouldnt be there!.
Its kind of like a cat!. Have you ever seen a cat with its whiskers cut off!? Its horrible!. Its the same thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know, but that's something i'd like to know considering i have fluid in my middle ear right now and it's driving me insane haha!.
Probably because it's in your head or something!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
