1!. If you have ever had asthma what helped you besides and inhaler or nebuliser!?
2!. I have been using my inhaler more frequently, is that a sign that it may be getiing worse!?
3!. What are some major things that I should stay away from!?
4!.What can I do to NOT have to use my spacer when using my inhaler!?

Most of the asthmatics can cure themselves or at least reduce symptoms by breathing correctly!. Doctors don't want to tell you about natural cures as they want to sell more medication (they would bankrupt if nobody was sick)!. Here is a link to more information:
