Hypoglycemia can be worse, it depends on how low your blood sugar goes!. If it goes too low, it can kill you right away!.
Type 2 diabetes is very bad too !.!.!. but more in a long term sort of way!. If you have type 2 and your blood sugars remain uncontrolled it will kill you eventually, but most likely after years of horrible pain and possibly blindness and loss of limbs!. It's a bad way to go!.

Hypoglycemia, in the case of an insulin dependent diabetic, is potentially deadly!. In the case of a non insulin dependent diabetic, or non diabetic, it is rarely serious!.
Type two diabetes isn't bad at all, if you learn how to take care of yourself and avoid denial!. I maintain a nearly normal life with my type two!. I just watch what I eat and exercise daily!.!.!. rain or shine!. I watched my mother die from T2 and I refuse to go down that road!. If you don't take care of yourself, you will die a slow, miserable, and painful death!.!.!. just like my mom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

firstly once you have diabetes you have it for life now to answer your question there both more or less the same but when your blood sugar levels drop to low you get what you call hypoglycemia which if left unchecked can bed dangerous even deadly when you get it drink something with sugar in it or eat or even both to bring your blood sugar levels back upWww@Answer-Health@Com
