ive taken advil and it's doing nothing!. i have no sinus headache meds, and its been two days already!. how can i get rid of it!? or decrease its severity!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try a decongestant like tylenol sinus medicine!.Take a hot shower and breathe in the steam!.You can try to drain your sinuses by laying on your bed with your head hung over the side(you will be laying on your back)!.keep that position for a few minutes then et up slowly and blow your nose ,it should relieve some of the congestion!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
try a nasal rinse-it's kind of a weird concept to squirt water up your nose, but you will feel much better afterwards!. i had sinus issues for a long time and nothing was working until i tried this rinse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
