Its Allery Season "POLLEN" AND I HAVE O MANY ALLERGIES I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE ELSE SUFFERS THE SAE SYMPTOMS WITH POLLEN ALLERGIES AS I DO!.!.I GET SICK TO MY STOMACH A FULLNESS FEELING AND IT FEELS LIKE MY CHEST IS ALL TIGHT AND FULL ALSO!.!.!.ITS SO AGGRAVATING IF ANYONE GOES THROUGH WHAT I O DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE!? i have the same issue as you!. with the chest thing, you could have asthma!. i have severe asthma!. i was diagnosed in middle school, it helps with an inhaler!. i use clariton D, or allegra D!. anything else doesn't work for me or makes me SUPER drowsy, like benedryl!. i can't take benedryl because it makes me so tired i can't pay attention and fall asleep in the middle of the day!. you could just go see an allergy doctor and the doctor will help you out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat a tablespoon of honey made local to you once a day!. This will help you acclimatize to the plants in that area and will help with allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
yes i have year around allerys and get shots onces a week for it so ya try to go to a allery doctor so they can do a allery test on u and see what u ar allergic to and then the can give u better meds for that hope this helps good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
yep i do and my eyes suffer too its so irrating and itchy i wish i could take my eyes out and give them a wash!!!!!
