Question: I just took a HIV test on Monday, and I am scared to death of the result, what to do to relax!?

well, try to calm yourself down a little bit!. its only the test so far, so dont freak out until u get the results!. you can talk to ur friends about this problem, take a nap, or go see someone if u r scared!. never know unless u tried!. doesnt hurt either!. i mean so far hiv is an uncurable disease!. if i had it, then i would be freaked out!. but the best thing to do is hope for the best that u dont have it, and you will be ok!.

Do as the above respondents suggested to take your mind off it!.!.!.!.however if you:
1) Did not have unprotected sex
2) Did not have a blood transfusion some years ago
3) Were not jabbed by a a throw away syringe
4) Do not feel under the weather constantly!.!.with flu like symptoms

watch a movie!. hang with friends!. do work around the house!. do anything to keep yourself busy!. thats what i do when i have too much of something on my mind!. i just keep busy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
