I need help with allergy medication...?!

Question: I need help with allergy medication!.!.!.!?
My allergies have been acting up and I have a ton of sinus pressure!. When I take a "non-drowsy" medication such as Zyrtec or Claritin, it makes me terribly drowsy!. If I take it at bedtime, I can hardly wake up in the morning and I'm groggy and can barely function at work until like 1 or 2 in the afternoon!. If I take something like Benadryl or Sudafed, I get extremely agitated, anxious and restless!. My heart beat speeds up and I feel like I'm about to crawl out of my skin!. Why am I so sensitive to these medications, and why do they seem to have the opposite effects on me than they typically do for other people!? Is there any other medication that I could try that may have worked for someone with similar problems!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Hi, yes I have the same problem!. I got so tired of using over the counter stuff, those Sudafeds were making my heart beat race and I was having to overuse them just to make it through the day!. You could do what I do and go on a prescription steroid nasal spray like Flonase or Nasonex!. All you need is a spray in each nostril every day and the allergies should pretty much disappear!. I suggest you talk to your doctor!. You can look up Flonase and Nasonex on www!.drugs!.com and that website will give you information as well as side effects of almost any drug, even over the counter!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

take Alavert, one capsule is good for 24 hours relief, completely rids sinus problems to the extent that even when you have a cold you barely know you are the slightest bit sick, no side effects that I can tell, doesn't make you tired, tends to help rid headaches, and I think it is way safer than aspirin or tylonalWww@Answer-Health@Com
