Answers:
During sex a condom can slip off due to several reasons: The condom may not have been put on correctly (this is a common problem), the condom could be to big or to small for the guy's penis, over applying lubrication (if the condom comes lubricated and you also use vaginal lubrication), rough sex (constant friction causes condom to tear or burst), and when ever a male sperms and does not immediately pull out ( the penis goes from a bigger size to a smaller and softer size which ends up being to small to hold the condom in place!. A guy is suppose to hold the end of the condom before pulling out of a vagina and failure to do so could also cause the condom to slip off into the female's vagina!.
Now for the second part of your question: Yes, leaving a condom inside of you can be dangerous because you don't know if the sperm inside the condom contains a virus or sexually transmitted disease and if it does than it is being constantly released into your blood stream!.And for your last question, If you are having trouble removing it you can try filling a large douche bag with warm water a gently squeezing it into your vagina this should wash out the condom or at least bring it lower enough for you to reach in with your finger and pull it out!. I would still suggest that you please go see a doctor because you could have aquired a virus or an STD because any time a condom slips off it leaves you with the same risk as if you had sex without a condom!. This is just a precaution it doesn't mean that you did catch something but it would be good to know if you did so that you could immediately treat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It can remain in the vagina by the force of thrusting during sex, it will get loosely stuck in the vagina!. It will eventually come out because a womans reproductive system will clean it self out naturally (ex: her period)!. If it doesn't come out on its own after a day or two then go to the doctor!. It is not harmful per say but you'd never want to leave it in there for more than a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't take this the wrong way, but the condom is too big, causing it to slip!. Trojan makes a smaller sized condom called like "Fits" or something like that!. Anywho, that would be your best bet!. Hope this helps!

Edit: There was an article about this last month in Men's Health!. It is called "Ultra Fit!."Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think its harmful because its meant to go in the vagina unless you cant get it out and gets stuck, you could either pull it out or it will eventually just start coming out on its own (yeah, it sounds weird, i know)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It should remain on the guy unless it is a female condom!. They should always be removed after sex!. Read the instructions!. If it fell of the dude's member then I guess he wasn't big enough to keep it on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is dangerous - you can get PID ( Pelvic Inflammatory Disease) Get the person who left it there to take his fingers and pull it out!. If he can't find it go to the doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
