My grandad died of it and there was no treatment in them days he died so i was just wondering if there is a chance that i could get it, and of course, my other family!? Since i've only had the Tetanus jab and not the TB jab!.

TB is contagious so if you know someone who has tb stay away from them!. nowdays tb is treatable!. tb can leave a scarr on the lungs and it can contribute to lung cancer especialy if you are a smooker!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
definitely no!. tuberculosis is an infectious disease caused by bacteria, so it is not a part of the genome, and thus cannot be passed on genetically!. you and your family have the same risk of tb as anyone else - none, unless you are exposed to the bacteria!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Most certainly no!.
Also, TB immunisation is only routinely given to children where TB is prevalent i!.e parts of asia etc NOT usa/ australia/ UK etc where it is virtually non-existentWww@Answer-Health@Com
