One of the tricky things about herpes is that your outbreaks will almost certainly get less frequent and less severe - no matter what you do or don't do!. So there are tons of things that seem to work for people - but you just don't know what would have happened if they had done nothing!. I used to get 5+ outbreaks per year!. Now, ten years later, I get maybe one!.
The only thing that has been proven, in true scientific, statistically-valid studies, to reduce herpes symptoms and outbreaks is antiviral drugs!. Valtrex, Famvir and Zovirax all work, and all work well!. They also have been proven to reduce the spread of herpes!.
I have heard that some herpes remedy sites actually pay people to post positive answers about their products!. So you really can't even trust all the answer you get - the people may be lying!.
Save your money!. Spend it on antivirals (which are KNOWN) to work!. Know that your symptoms will almost certainly get better, no matter what!.

These are herbal supplements that are not approved nor tested by the FDA for safety and effectiveness!. I would not however waste your money as they do not work!. At this point there is not a cure- only treatment!. A vaccine to prevent herpes infection is not available at this time, but several are being studied and may be available soon!. Currently certain antiviral medications are used for treatment!. These can relieve symptoms, shorten the length of outbreaks, and prevent some recurrent outbreaks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
My Dear, if u really wanna to stop brake outs I really like to recommend you VALTREX !. I have horrible brake outs!.!.but not even in my vagina, coz I have HSV 1 anad 2 but in my nose!.!.is just awful what I have one after other!.!.!.of course if I stop with Valtrex!.
So!.!.!. this medicine is expensive, but is excellent!.

They probably won't work!. You can go to your doctor and get a prescription for an antiviral, like valtrex!. Or you can see if you can get it on the internet without a prescription!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
one thing that does work is a small bottle called rose honey/Miel Rosa!.
they have it in the spanish section at most pharmacys

I find that the only that works is to keep cool!. The only times I've had outbreaks is when I'm allowing myself to go through some heavy stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
