Question: IBS advice!.!.!. sorry this is a bit graphic!.!?
I usually have my IBS fairy well controlled by eating a healthy diet, avoiding spicy foods, the usual advice etc, but the last few weeks wierd stuff has been happening that I am a bit worried about!. ie a few days of very watery diarrhea every time I ate something, but sometimes there was actually a normal stool at the same time!. I had a lot of abdominal discomfort and felt quite lethargic!. Then nothing happened for a few days and my stool is very dark/black!. It seems that I have short periods where everything is normal and these wierd episodes in between!. There have been several days when I just didn't want to go out because the urge was so sudden and have even had a small amount of leakage!. This is horribly embarrassing and unpleasant, so any advice you can give me would be much appreciated!.

Dark or black stools aren't too great!. You should go and see a doctor about that!. Its most likely nothing but it would probably be best as sometimes that can point to something more serious!.
I'd go and see a doctor anyway!. I know its embarassing but it sounds really hellish to live with so if they can sort it out i think its worth some ebarassment!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You might have a parasite!. Have you recently drank lake water or travelled to places where hygiene standards are not the best!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
