If you have really bad allergies that are worse than just normal seasonal allergies, you may want to look into getting allergy shots!. Just go to an allergy specialist and they will test you for allergies and make up a serum that is injected into your arm!. Usually they inject you once a week and then cut it down to once every two weeks, three weeks!.!.etc!. until you don't need them at all anymore!. I have been receiving allergy shots for 3 years and have had a drastic improvement with my allergies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Medications: antihistamines, steroid nasal sprays, antihistamine nasal sprays, eye drops
If medications don't work very well, or you don't like taking medications, allergy shots are the answer - they are the only thing that gives long term benefit and actually treat the cause of allergies instead of covering up the symptoms!.
