Question: I HAVE RED BUMPS on boboth my arms they itch sometime, and hard whie stuff in themiddle!?
about 6 months ago, I started to get red looking bumps on my arms , at first thy did itch,and some still do!. In the red bumps are hard white stuff you, have to get out!. Now they are spredingWww@Answer-Health@Com

keratosis pilaris!.so common,one in every 2 human beings has it!clogged pores on arms!.scrub gently every day in shower with loofah sponge!.use a cream from pharmacy called "k!.p!. duty",or any cream containing "urea"!.(its not urine,its a medicine!.)the white stuff is just dead skin cells!.dont pick,u can get scars and infection!.exfoliate and use kp or urea cream!.it will get better!.u notice it more in the spring because tight,hot long sleeves,especially winter sweaters,exxagerates the problem,then u get to warmer weather and ur all bumpy!.dont worry i had it bad 2 years ago,now u cant tell i ever did!.it tends to come back,so use the cream even after u start to get smoother!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
