No, not a chance!. Just wash your feet and don't worry about it! Our skin is made to keep pathogens out, and especially STD's are transferred by exchange of bodily fluids or contact with an infected needle (needs to be pretty fresh too), there's no way *at all* it can be transmitted by stepping on snails!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
