at least i think thats what it is my girlfriend wont kiss me and it looks terrible i dont even want to go out anywhere without a mask on not only one cold sore but 2 one small one on the left side and one on the right!. i dont even get sex because she doesnt want to get hsv2 can she get it and how do i get rid of it!.
p!.s!. they are red but not filled with fluid or anything(sorry for the gross writing) almost looks like a zit and the skin around it is red im grossed out been on my face for like three days!. help me pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

I'm sorry, but once you get a cold sore blister, there is nothing you can do to make it go away before it heals on its own!. I have one too so I know how you feel!. It will take a couple weeks to heal!. During that time it will form scabs!. Try to keep it dry, so it doesn't get a bacterial infection!.
OK, I see I have 2 thumbs down!. I would like to point out that these medications that the other answers talk about are only good if they are applied before the blister! They must be used at the first sign of tingleness! You are past that point, so these meds will NOT work! You can waste your money if you want, but just waiting it out will have the same effect!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
