Its depends on which one!. Do you have herpes type 1 on your genitals or herpes 2!. More or less you have to take medication for herpes simplex2!. Type 1 most people don't because the virus is meant to be on the mouth and not on the genitals and if you do get type 1 down there you usually have few and far between outbreaks!. Oh yeah if you see those commerical about giving herpes to someone anytime its a ploy to sell valtex!. I know many couples that dont get herpes and dont use valtrex (they do have the type 2 though)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can keep herpes at bay with supplements!. You must stay off sugar when u have an outbreak!. Your body needs to heal them and sugar depresses the immune system!. Lemon Balm or Melissa officinalis is suppose to work really well!. Some info below:)Www@Answer-Health@Com
