Actually rubbing alcohol should not be used on any open skin!. It kills off any healthy skin cells that are healing!. So O would not suggest using anything stronger!.
The best thing you can use is unscented anti bacterial soap (like Dial) and water and rinse well!. You can also use neosporin or some sort of antibiotic over the counter cream to promote healing and fight off the infection!. Keep a baindaid or gauze over the wound to keep the ointment on!. Feel free to contact me, with more details I may be able to help you a little better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Formaldehyde will most likely kill it!. You get it from a skin doctor!. It is basically embalming fluid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
