Question: Do i have west nile virus!?
I got about 3 really itchy mosquito bites Thursday!. (and a few more yesterday)
Now I have a cold:
sneezing
runny nose
sore throat
i'm scared, i think i'll go to the nurse tomorrow!.

West Nile fever is usually a kind of meningitis or encephalitis!. Common symptoms include high fever, fatigue and stiff neck!. Stiff neck is the red-flag symptom!.
Sounds to me you just have a cold!.
