Question: Why do allergies get worse when it rains!?
For some reason, it is pouring in my cities & I have terribly bad allergies & my eyes are really burning/itching, I've been sneezing a lot more today!. Does the rain have any effect on that!? Thanks for your concern!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have the same problem, while my wife's allergies clear up when it rains!. I don't know for sure, but it think allergies get worse when it rains if people are allergic to mold!. Rainstorms are usually accompanied by winds and high humidity that put lots of mold spores into the air!. So maybe that's what does it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Rain actually helps keep the pollen levels low, so if you're allergic to pollen it should help!.

You might have an allergy to mold or mildew!. As mentioned in the other post, pollen usually goes down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
