Question: What foods should I avoid when I'm trying to clear up my skin/prevent breakouts!?
Also- is there a certain food that is helpful to my skin!?

the last time i went and had a facial, the lady working on my face told me that spicy foods make you break out!.
antioxidants are good for your skin: blueberries, green tea, pomegranates, etc!.
also, the most important thing is to drink water, as water will flush the impurities out of your skin!. propel water is fine, just drink a lot!. try to cut out soft drinks!.
if you are really serious about your skin, you may think about seeing a dermatologist, as it is relatively cheap (mine cost me $20 per visit, and i went 2 times, the medicine was $5 a bottle and i had to buy 2 bottles, and the facewash was $8, but it's a big bottle and has lasted me a few months!.)
